Essential Requirements \- Minimum 6 months of experience in restaurant kitchens with high-volume operations (capacity of approximately 250 people or more). \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Reliable transportation for closing shifts (approximate departure time: 1:00 a.m.). \- Experience in hot line, cold line, food production, or general kitchen support. \- Sense of urgency, teamwork, and commitment. \- Candidates without restaurant experience will not be considered.
