Position Summary: We are seeking a Vault Custodian/Teller with experience in customer service, cash handling, and precious metal valuation for a pawnshop. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized customer service and cash handling. 2. Classification and secure storage of pledged items in the vault. 3. Telephone follow-up with customers for payment reminders. REQUIREMENTS • Education: Completed high school diploma • Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling, customer service, teller operations, vault management, and precious metal valuation • Strong verbal communication skills, service-oriented attitude, and professional appearance • Flexible availability and enthusiasm for teamwork RESPONSIBILITIES • Providing personalized counter service to customers • Handling cash and performing daily cash reconciliation • Classification and secure storage of pledged items in the vault • Conducting periodic inventory counts • Following up with customers via telephone and/or SMS for payment and renewal reminders WE OFFER • Base net salary: $10,800 gross • Training bonus of $4,000 for 3 months • Statutory benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, vacation days, vacation premium, and year-end bonus • Monthly food vouchers worth $400 • Uncapped monthly performance bonuses based on goal achievement Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM Saturday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM Work Location: • Kukulcan Plaza — Send your CV to 2297803698 . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education — General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: 23 years or older
