Supervise process execution and completion of production orders. **Las Dos Caras is seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR\- INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER in Obrera \- Mérida, Yucatán** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are a Mexican company dedicated to manufacturing personal hygiene and household cleaning products. JOB OBJECTIVE: Coordinate and supervise daily Manufacturing operations to meet production, safety, and quality objectives. Ensure that methods, standards, and good manufacturing practices are followed at every stage and sub-process of manufacturing. Manage personnel performance and foster effective communication and continuous improvement on the production floor. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure raw materials are delivered on time and in full. * Supervise that powder and liquid mixtures are released by the Quality department within the first hour of the shift. * Verify attendance lists on production lines. * Responsible for leading the team and promoting teamwork to achieve objectives. * Supervise that production lines start up on time and as scheduled. * Supervise process execution and completion of the shift’s production order by operators. * Verify that personnel correctly use personal protective equipment during their operational activities. * Review proper completion of the production order to ensure recording of personnel data, quantities produced, losses, working hours, number of machine stoppages, and their causes. * Supervise and follow up on reprocessing activities to ensure compliance with quality parameters and notify Quality Control personnel to verify and re-release them. * Complete forms related to product manufacturing to verify compliance with process control points for both manufacturing and finished products. * Implement, foster, and monitor adherence to the 5S methodology in the work area before, during, and after each shift. * Develop, implement, and evaluate continuous improvement plans within the area.
