




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the accurate management and calculation of payroll, legal compliance, and timely resolution of payroll-related incidents, while administering various payment schemes. Comprehensive management of advanced payroll Job Objective Ensure accurate payroll management and calculation for the company, guaranteeing compliance with legal obligations and precision across various payment schemes, as well as timely resolution of payroll-related incidents. **Main Responsibilities** * Process and validate payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, leaves, etc.). * Perform payroll calculations in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies. * Manage and calculate contributions to SUA, Infonavit, and Fonacot. * Determine applicable taxes and payroll withholdings. * Administer various payment schedules (weekly, biweekly, monthly, variable). * Prepare payroll reports and follow up on internal audits. * Provide support and assistance to employees regarding payroll-related matters. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in advanced payroll management. * Solid knowledge of SUA, Infonavit, Fonacot, and tax calculations. * Proficiency in payroll systems and advanced Excel. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Ethics and confidentiality. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for development in a solid company. * Professional and collaborative work environment.
