




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for Construction Control to manage documentation, review estimates, analyze unit prices, and monitor project progress. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safeguard technical files, contracts, and purchase orders. 2. Support the analysis of unit prices and budget tracking. 3. Prepare daily/weekly construction progress reports. We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant for Construction Control** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Safeguard technical files, contracts, and purchase orders. * Prepare and review construction output generation numbers. * Review contractors’ and subcontractors’ estimates. * Support the analysis of unit prices and budget tracking. (Important) * Issue daily or weekly construction progress reports and deviation reports. * Support control of materials, supplies, and field payroll. * Maintain logbooks and construction inventory records. * Visit the three construction sites located in the northern part of the city. **Requirements:** * Intermediate/Advanced OPUS knowledge is mandatory. * Engineering, Architecture, or related degree. * Experience in document control, estimates, output generation, and unit price program systems. * **1 to 3 years** of experience in construction control, cost management, and budgeting. * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. * Ability to interpret construction drawings for progress monitoring. * Preparation of output generation documents and estimates. (Proficiency in relevant software systems is essential) * Own vehicle or motorcycle preferred (gasoline vouchers provided). * Availability to travel to the three construction sites located in the northern part of the city. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your expected net monthly salary? * For this position, proficiency in unit price systems is mandatory.
