REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Accounting or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of payroll calculation, bank reconciliations, IMSS transactions, ISR tax payments, and electronic invoicing (4.0). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and government portals SUA, IDSE, and Infonavit website. * Experience using accounting software, online banking, and Microsoft Office. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Personal attributes: responsible, organized, and sociable (direct interaction with staff). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Payroll calculation using accounting software. * Staff-related incidents. * Receiving and reviewing purchase invoices against delivery evidence for payment processing. * Entering accounts payable into systems. * Client invoicing: mastery of fiscal regulations under electronic invoicing (4.0). * Administrative management of human resources. * Recording client payments in the accounting system. * Physical inventory control. * Reviewing and recording accounting entries for travel allowances. * Bank reconciliations. * Staff interaction.
