Position Summary: Transform large volumes of data into practical knowledge and manage complex Data Science projects to support decision-making and generate value-driven initiatives. Data Visualization: transforming information into valuable insights. **Header – External** ------------------------- Entity: Distrito Federal Location Type: Corporate Tower Diana **Position Objective** --------------------------- Transform large volumes of data into practical knowledge that answers business questions, serves as a foundation for decision-making, and generates value-driven initiatives for the company through Data Science analytical techniques (statistics, programming, AI [Classical and Generative], operational workflow automation, etc.). Manage complex Data Science–based projects and collaborate with diverse teams (internal and external) for the development, implementation, and impact measurement of analytical initiatives. Prepare visual resources and/or oral presentations for key stakeholders/POs to effectively communicate relevant information for decision-making or results of developed initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Expertise in: a) Extraction, cleaning, preparation, validation, and analysis of large volumes of data; b) Application of statistics and ML/DL/RL/GenAI (assumptions, parameters/hyperparameters, training, backtesting, calibration, metrics) in open-source and licensed software environments. 40% Project Management. This includes: 1) Collaborative work with internal and external contacts; 2) Understanding stakeholder vision and needs; 3) Coordinating interdisciplinary teams; 4) Communication and time management skills; 5) Customer-centric focus; 6) Experience with agile methodologies. 30% Expertise in Data Visualization: transforming information into valuable insights for decision-makers (storytelling, design skills, etc.). 10% Documentation of methodologies, techniques, and results achieved for: 1) measuring performance of developed analytical initiatives; 2) measuring their impact on our users’ operations (financial impacts, operational optimization, contribution to company objectives, etc.); and 3) maintenance, support, continuous improvement, and hand-over purposes. 10% Research into new modeling techniques and their appropriate application across various use cases. Development of multiple analytical alternatives to compare results across several methodological options for result review. 10% **Education (Minimum and Preferred)** -------------------------------- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Education: Master’s Degree **Experience (Minimum and Preferred)** ---------------------------------- Minimum: 5 years.
