Join a leading team with 28 years of experience. **Accounts Payable Analyst** At **TPS – Grupo Redemex**, we are looking for a responsible professional to support the recording, control, and tracking of financial transactions, ensuring accurate handling of invoicing, payments, and collections. Education * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field (completed or incomplete). Experience * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable. * Experience in invoice recording and control. * Basic knowledge of bank and accounting reconciliations. * Tracking of payments and collections. * Control and archiving of accounting documentation. Technical Knowledge * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (tables, basic formulas, filters). * Knowledge of electronic invoicing processes (CFDI). * Basic tax knowledge (VAT and withholdings). * Experience using accounting systems or ERP (SAP, CONTPAQi, ASPEL, or others). * Preparation of basic financial reports. Main Responsibilities * Recording of supplier and customer invoices. * Scheduling and control of payments. * Tracking of accounts receivable. * Preparation and control of bank reconciliations. * Support during monthly closings. * Physical and digital document filing control. * Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding invoicing matters.
