




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform key accounting functions, including recordkeeping, reconciliations, preparation and analysis of financial statements, as well as audit support. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for accounting recordkeeping and bank reconciliations. 2. Assistance in preparing financial statements and account cleanup. 3. Management of accounts receivable and payable, and support during audits. Main Responsibilities: * **Accounting Recordkeeping:** Capture and classify revenue, expense, and journal entries in the accounting system. * **Bank Reconciliations:** Compare bank transactions with internal records to identify discrepancies. * **Preparation of Financial Statements:** Assist in preparing the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. * **Account Cleanup:** Review balances, identify errors, and make accounting adjustments. * **Management of Accounts Receivable and Payable:** Track customers and suppliers. * **Audit Support:** Provide information and documentation during internal or external audits. * **Financial Analysis:** Interpret accounting data to detect variances or risks. * **Fixed Asset Control:** Record, depreciate, and track company assets.
