Opportunity for professional development and job stability. **Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation, preservation, and repair of the company’s facilities, machinery, and equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in welding, electrical systems, civil construction, and general maintenance. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on the company’s machinery, equipment, and facilities. * Execute **welding and repair of metal structures**, as required. * Diagnose and repair **basic electrical faults** in facilities, equipment, or machinery. * Conduct **general facility maintenance**, including painting, patching, and infrastructure improvements. * Assist with **basic civil construction tasks** (wall repairs, flooring, modifications, fixings, etc.). * Maintain **electrical systems, lighting fixtures, outlets, and basic wiring**. * Perform **minor mechanical repairs** on machinery or tools. * Keep **tools and work equipment** in good condition. * Identify and report **hazards or maintenance needs** in facilities. * Comply with **safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment**. **Required Knowledge** * Basic welding (electric or MIG preferred). * Basic industrial or commercial electricity. * Use of hand and power tools. * General facility maintenance. * Basic knowledge of **civil construction and painting**. * Basic diagnosis of malfunctions in machinery or equipment. **Skills** * Technical problem-solving. * Hands-on, operational work. * Organization and accountability. * Ability to work under supervision or independently. * Service-oriented attitude and commitment to preventive maintenance.
