Ensure the best cost-benefit ratio in customer service. **AT BIOSOLUCIONES Y CIENCIA MÉXICO** We seek a candidate with field and office experience for truck-logistics, construction, and environmental sustainability projects. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the company’s various operations both in the field and from the office. * Achieve and maintain an outstanding performance level across business operations. * Develop indicators to ensure productivity control across all operational areas. * Minimize operational risks through the design of effective controls. * Ensure staff possess the knowledge and tools required to perform their jobs effectively. * Achieve proper strategic planning. * Budget calculation and administration, ensuring appropriate communication. * Ensure the best cost–benefit ratio in customer service. **Requirements:** Leadership Management and organization Problem solving Effective communication Planning Results-oriented **5–8 years of experience as Operations Manager in logistics, construction, service companies, environmental consulting firms, biotechnology, or related fields.** Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field. **We Offer:** Bi-weekly full and timely payments Statutory benefits Company vehicle Fuel Offices: Av.
