Opportunity to support medical staff HOSPITAL AMERIMED MÉRIDA, a leading healthcare institution, is seeking a **PHARMACY ASSISTANT**, responsible for supporting accurate medication dispensing, inventory control, and medical staff assistance, ensuring safety and quality in pharmaceutical services. ✅ **Profile Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree with diploma and license \- Chemical Biologist (preferred). * Prior experience as a pharmacy assistant, preferably in the hospital sector. * Knowledge of medications, wound care supplies, and inventory control. * Basic proficiency in recordkeeping and control systems. * Familiarity with hygiene and biosafety standards. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team. * Valid updated SICAD certificate (preferred). ✅ **Main Responsibilities:** * Dispense medications according to medical prescriptions. * Assist in pharmacy inventory control and recordkeeping. * Verify expiration dates and proper storage conditions for medications. * Receive, label, and organize supplies and medications. * Maintain records of incoming and outgoing items in the system. * Assist in cleaning and organizing the pharmacy area. * Comply with established safety and hygiene protocols. * Support medical and nursing staff in supplying materials. * ️ **WE OFFER:** * Biweekly salary * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Medical service discounts for employees * Grocery vouchers (paid on the 15th of each month) * Savings fund (4%), disbursed in December If you are interested, please apply through this channel and attach your CV. **Your talent contributes to caring for those who need it most!**
