**Production Cook / Prep Cook – Full-Time** **Job Description:** We are looking for responsible, organized individuals with a passion for cooking to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing side dishes, desserts, and daily production following precise recipes and quality standards. **Work Schedule:** * Tuesday: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm * Wednesday and Thursday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm * Friday and Saturday: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm * Sunday: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm **We Offer:** * Base salary: $2,500 weekly * Additional tips * Food allowance * Excellent work environment * Collaborative work culture and respectful treatment **Requirements:** * Minimum age: 21 years old * Basic kitchen experience (preferred) * Ability to follow recipes and procedures * Organization and sense of urgency * Responsibility and punctuality * Ability to work in a team * Interest in BBQ restaurant operations **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of mashed potatoes, pasta, coleslaw, and other items. * Dessert preparation * Beverage preparation * Peeling, cutting, and preparing ingredients * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area * Supporting general kitchen production and operations If you are interested, apply through this channel or send us your CV.
