Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities and supervise the condition of common areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary maintenance. 2. Assists with air conditioning and ventilation maintenance. 3. Supervises the general condition of facilities. We are looking for: GENERAL MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT Work Location: CENTRAL MÉRIDA REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed secondary school Age: 25 to 45 years old Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. Inspect and repair lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting systems. Assist with maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. Supervise the condition of floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture in common areas. Conduct routine inspections to detect failures, leaks, or unsafe conditions. Report damages or anomalies to the maintenance supervisor or administration. Monitor the use of assigned tools and materials. Record activities in maintenance logs. Perform drywall work. WE OFFER: Statutory benefits.
