Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. We are a Mexican company with over 38 years of experience in the market, specializing in commercial plaza management. We are looking for: GENERAL MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT Work Location: CENTRO, MÉRIDA REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed secondary school Age: 25 to 45 years old Minimum 1 year of experience in this position Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations. Inspect and repair lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting systems. Support maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. Monitor the condition of floors, walls, ceilings, and furniture in common areas. Conduct routine inspections to detect failures, leaks, or unsafe conditions. Report damages or anomalies to the maintenance supervisor or administration. Control the use of assigned tools and materials. Record activities in maintenance logs. Perform drywall work. WE OFFER: Statutory benefits.
