Collaboration to improve processes and controls **ENERKOM GROUP is seeking an Audit Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits across various departments of the group. * Review and evaluate internal controls to ensure their effectiveness and compliance. * Verify proper implementation of policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. * Analyze financial and administrative information to identify deviations or irregularities. * Prepare audit reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations. * Follow up on corrective actions arising from audit reports. * Collaborate with various departments to improve internal processes and controls. * Participate in external audits and provide required information to auditors or authorities. * Safeguard confidentiality and objectivity of all reviewed information. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.** * Minimum 2 years of experience in internal auditing, internal control, or similar roles. * Knowledge of accounting, tax, and labor regulations. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills. * **MUST POSSESS A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE AND KNOW HOW TO OPERATE STANDARD TRANSMISSION VEHICLES** * Willingness to travel **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary:** $12,882.60 gross * **Food vouchers:** 8% * **Savings fund contribution:** 4% * **Social security coverage from day one** * Statutory benefits * Job stability and professional development opportunity Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,882.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Free parking * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
