Use of digital tools and effective communication **Position Objective** Provide support in the execution, logistics, and follow-up of training programs, ensuring the development of technical and soft skills among employees. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in organizing internal and external courses * Control of attendance lists, evidence, and employee files * Monitoring of training calendars * Coordination of venues, materials, and instructor support * Basic onboarding for new hires * Data entry and report preparation * Administration of surveys and support in evaluations * Promotion of courses and internal communication **Competencies** * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency * Organization and documentation control * Use of digital tools (Drive, training platforms) * Effective communication, proactivity, and attention to detail **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (in progress or completed) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or training (including internships) * Preferable experience in operational training Salary: $10,845.00 - $11,400.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
