Job Summary: We are seeking promotion executives to offer government payroll loans, conducting promotional activities, door-to-door visits, leaflet distribution, and prospect engagement, along with advisory services and sales closing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion and sale of payroll loans at government agencies 2. Advisory services and sales closing for loans 3. Prospect engagement and document management Dinercap is a financial group located in Mérida, Yucatán, dedicated to meeting clients’ financial needs through products such as payroll loans, business loans, auto loans, leasing, insurance, consulting, and individual and corporate credit cards. It serves clients across the entire Republic, with a primary concentration in the Yucatán Peninsula. AES is the division responsible for government payroll loans, requiring promotion executives to offer these loans to prospects at government agencies. **Candidate Profile:** Completed bachelor’s degree or final semester \| Background in administration, finance and/or marketing \| Positive attitude and sales experience \| Starting salary from $10,000.00 plus commissions \| Personal vehicle required \| Year-end bonus exceeding legal requirements \| 30 vacation days per year. **Key Activities:** * Promotion, door-to-door visits, and leaflet distribution to promote payroll loans at government facilities in Yucatán, occupying 80% of working time. * Handling incoming calls from prospects inquiring about government payroll loans, providing advisory services and closing sales, occupying the remaining 20% of working time. * Collection and organization of documents to initiate processing and disbursement.
