Ensure control of perishable product inventory. Coordinate and lead operational staff (including unionized personnel). **Ensure compliance with key performance indicators:** productivity, shrinkage, loading times, and inventory accuracy. **Talent Profile:** Minimum 2\-3 years as a warehouse supervisor or shift leader. Proven experience managing personnel. Experience in high-volume warehouses or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments. Experience managing perishable product inventories. Availability to rotate shifts (including night shifts). No mobility issues commuting to the distribution center (CEDIS).
