Ensure control of perishable product inventories. Coordinate and direct operational staff (including unionized personnel). **Ensure compliance with indicators:** productivity, shrinkage, loading times, and inventory accuracy. **Talent Profile:** Minimum 2\-3 years as a warehouse supervisor or shift leader. Proven experience managing personnel. Experience in high-volume warehouses or fast-moving consumer goods. Perishable product inventory management experience. Availability to rotate shifts (including night shifts). No relocation issues to the CEDIS.
