At **SEPIVER**, we are looking for a dynamic **Corporate Training Instructor** to lead the development of our institutional competencies. You will be responsible for transforming technical knowledge into practical skills for our operational and administrative personnel. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Course Delivery:** Deliver in-person and virtual training programs for all organizational staff. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Issue basic certificates and **DC\-3**, ensuring timely registration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). * **Professional Certification Maintenance:** Keep your **DC\-5** certification current according to company requirements. * **Instructional Design:** Develop manuals, guides, and attractive, effective instructional materials. * **Digital Management:** Administer e\-learning platforms, videoconferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, Meet), and departmental databases. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed technical degree or bachelor’s degree. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar corporate training roles. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (high-impact presentations). * Experience with document management systems and technological tools (ERP, SIRCE). * Familiarity with e\-learning platforms and videoconferencing tools. **Competencies:** Excellent verbal communication skills, group facilitation ability, and organizational/archival skills. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive monthly salary of $15,000\.00\. * Direct and permanent employment. * Career development opportunities within a growing organization. * Statutory benefits.
