Job Summary: The Quality Assistant supervises inspections, reports damages, follows up on repairs, and handles customer service to ensure quality standards in the automotive industry. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of inspections and personnel in the automotive industry. 2. Preparation of damage reports and follow-up on repairs. 3. Customer service and compliance with quality standards. Our Quality Assistant will be responsible for supervising vehicle inspection processes at ports and external yards, ensuring accurate damage reporting, tracking repairs, and handling customer requests, thereby guaranteeing compliance with established quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise vehicle inspection activities and assigned personnel. Prepare and submit damage reports upon vehicle receipt and delivery. Follow up on repairs and incidents according to customer instructions. Conduct operational audits to ensure FOS compliance. Handle customer, inspection agency, and third-party requests and visits. Verify correct information entry into the SGT system and proper use of inspection tools. Work Schedule Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00 hrs. Availability to rotate shifts weekly to the evening shift (14:00–21:00 hrs), subject to operational requirements. Requirements a) Education and/or Experience Industrial Engineering degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in quality-related roles within the automotive industry. Experience in supervision and management of operational personnel. b) Competencies Knowledge of internal auditing and AIAG standards. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel mandatory). Leadership, organization, and follow-up skills. Decision-making, conflict resolution, and adherence to regulations. Skills Inspection supervision, damage reporting, operational auditing, repair follow-up, customer service, leadership, information analysis, quality standard control and compliance.
