Position Summary: OEA Quality and Security Coordinator will collaborate in the implementation and strengthening of systems, support audits, and optimize corporate processes. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize corporate processes to ensure regulatory compliance. **OEA QUALITY AND SECURITY COORDINATOR** **Position Objective** Collaborate in the implementation of new systems and practices that strengthen these controls. Support the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with current regulations and fostering continuous improvement across all company areas. Assist the Management and Processes Department in managing, monitoring, and optimizing corporate processes, ensuring compliance with established environmental, quality, and safety controls. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering or related field focused on quality and processes. * Minimum 2 years of experience in process, quality, environmental, and safety management. * Knowledge of OEA certifications (Freight Transporters | Customs Agencies). * Audit coordination experience. **Technical Knowledge:** * Familiarity with quality, environmental, and safety regulations and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OEA, NMX-R-026-SCFI-2016). * Experience implementing and managing integrated management systems. * Experience conducting internal and external audits. * Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions. * Focus on continuous improvement and goal achievement. **We Offer:** * Savings Fund * Life Insurance * Uniforms * Profit Sharing (PTU)
