Responsibilities: Manage training programs for new and current employees. Coordinate training sessions and evaluate participants' progress. Analyze training needs and adapt instruction plans accordingly. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., NOM-012 and NOM-087). Review ECM reports or satellite systems to detect unsafe driving practices and correct them through individual feedback. Design and implement prevention and response protocols for collisions, accidents, theft, or kidnapping of operators or vehicles. Teach and audit the proper execution of physical-mechanical inspections and completion of the hours-of-service logbook in accordance with applicable regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in teaching or professional training as a Nodriza operator. Knowledge of logistics processes and the automotive industry. Ability to communicate clearly and motivate teams. Advanced planning and organizational skills.
