




Position Summary: Coordinate and record payroll, recruitment, training, and HR administration incidents, ensuring personnel information in the SAP system remains up to date. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages payroll, recruitment, and HR training processes 2. Administers personnel movements in SAP 3. Handles candidates and prepares personnel files Capture and record daily incidents related to payroll, recruitment, training, and HR administration within the District by updating personnel movements, processing hiring procedures, employee onboarding and offboarding in the SAP system, with the objective of generating incident reports for personnel, prospective hires, and candidates undergoing selection, thereby ensuring that personnel information generated within the District remains consistently updated. Job Functions or Activities. 1. Receive external job applicants by providing employment application forms and conducting initial information reviews through preliminary interviews. 2. Compile personnel files for newly hired staff by gathering documentation and updating personal data generated from daily operations. 3. Record personnel onboarding, offboarding, and transfer activities arising within the District, maintaining control and communication with regional offices and registering such activities via the SAP system. 4. Administer the hiring process for new employees by overseeing and requesting necessary documentation for contract signing and personnel file preparation. 5. Support payroll and corporate HR departments in locating and centralizing documents requested by government agencies such as IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT.
