We are looking for: **BRANCH COORDINATOR (FACILITY MANAGER)** **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance services for assigned properties. * Manage and monitor maintenance, cleaning, and general service vendors. * Administer special projects related to infrastructure and facility improvements. * Supervise proper execution of work, estimates, and work orders by vendors. * Control supplies, budgets, and resources allocated for property operations. * Ensure compliance with facility image, operational, and functional standards. * Track incidents and operational needs of property users. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in property maintenance (preventive, corrective, and emergency). * Experience supervising and managing service vendors. * Experience reviewing estimates, work orders, and project controls. * Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and construction systems. * Ability to read architectural drawings and proficiency with Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of unit price analysis and maintenance budget administration. * Willingness to travel **Work Location:** * Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz **We Offer:** * Base salary of $25,000 to $28,000 gross per month * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits If you meet the profile, please apply through this channel, attaching your updated CV with photo in PDF or Word format.
