To coordinate and manage administrative and operational HR processes for the assigned workforce, ensuring incident control, adherence to internal policies, and timely staff support to maintain labor and operational stability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and track the status of the assigned workforce, controlling personnel movements (hires, terminations, position changes, incidents, and salary adjustments). * Monitor absenteeism, tardiness, and turnover indicators; identify root causes and propose preventive and corrective actions to reduce deviations. * Validate and ensure accurate recording and timely submission of payroll-related incidents (absences, leaves, vacations, disabilities, bonuses, etc.), guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with established deadlines. * Manage requests related to vacations, savings fund, leaves, internal loans, and other benefits, ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Coordinate and execute employee termination processes, including final settlement calculations and signatures, exit interviews, and compliance with current legal guidelines. * Operational interventions. * Conduct recruitment interviews for operational and administrative positions, ensuring alignment with required profiles and established time-to-fill targets. * Conduct periodic visits across various operational areas to identify needs, strengthen communication with staff, and ensure compliance with labor policies. * Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors on labor-related matters. * Generate periodic reports on key HR indicators (absenteeism, turnover, coverage, incidents, workplace climate) to support decision-making. * Achievement of KPIs. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in human resource management. * Proficiency in Excel (database management, indicators, and reporting). * Flexible working hours. * Personal vehicle. * Prior experience in the food industry is preferred. **We Offer:** * Superior benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Weekly payroll. * Punctuality and attendance bonuses. * Mileage reimbursement for transportation. * Life insurance and major medical expense coverage.
