Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in the restaurant industry to manage personnel, implement training programs, and ensure HR regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implementation of general training programs. 2. Personnel management and performance evaluation. 3. Ensure regulatory compliance (LFT, NOM-035-STPS-2018, NOM-030-STPS-2009). * Age: 35 to 45 years old * Experience in the restaurant industry * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. * Effective communication, empathy, conflict resolution, leadership, technical skills, knowledge of labor laws, organizational skills. * Personnel recruitment; manage and supervise performance evaluation systems; plan, direct, and coordinate personnel activities. * Responsibilities: * **Design and Implementation of General Training Program** * **Personnel Management** * **Regulatory Compliance** (Ensure HR policies comply with the **LFT**, **NOM\-035\-STPS\-2018**, and other labor regulations (e.g., **NOM\-030\-STPS\-2009** for training and occupational hygiene and safety measures).
