Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead, manage, and supervise project teams, collaborate with clients, plan project phases, and administer resources, with a focus on facility design and overall coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Leads and supervises teams to achieve project objectives. 2. Collaborates with clients in defining and realizing objectives. 3. Plans project phases, resources, timelines, and costs. **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 3 YEARS** ***GENERAL FUNCTION:*** · Lead, manage, and supervise the available team to achieve project objectives ***SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:*** * Collaborate with the client in defining and realizing project objectives (ensuring they are clear and attainable according to the company’s capabilities). * Plan project phases, identifying required activities, resources, timelines, and estimated costs. * Perform facility design using AutoCAD. * Lead and coordinate all resources employed in the project. * Maintain external project relationships: clients, suppliers, etc. * Supervise and control the entire project. * Administer physical, technological, human, and financial resources belonging to the project. ***REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:*** * Proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet * AutoCAD proficiency * Effective communication * Initiative * Responsibility * Teamwork capability * Pleasant interpersonal manner * Proactivity * Commitment to work and the company * Leadership * Ability to manage Academic qualification required: * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in disciplines related to project management * Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
