Job Summary: Lead, manage, and supervise teams to achieve project objectives, collaborating with clients and comprehensively managing resources. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and coordinate projects from definition to supervision. 2. Collaborate with clients in defining and achieving objectives. 3. Manage physical, technological, human, and financial resources. ***GENERAL FUNCTION***: Lead, manage, and supervise the available team to achieve project objectives ***SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:*** * Collaborate with the client in defining and achieving project objectives (ensuring they are clear and attainable according to the company’s capabilities). * Plan project phases, identifying required activities, resources, timelines, and estimated costs. * Perform facility design in AutoCAD (if required). * Lead and coordinate all resources employed in the project. * Maintain external project relationships: clients, suppliers, etc. * Supervise and control the entire project. * Manage physical, technological, human, and financial resources belonging to the project. ***REQUIRED SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES:*** * Proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet * AutoCAD proficiency * Effective communication * Initiative * Responsibility * Teamwork capability * Pleasant interpersonal manner * Proactivity * Commitment to work and the company * Leadership * Driving ability ***REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:*** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in disciplines related to project management * Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
