




Job Summary: This role involves managing transportation documentation, validating shipment and cargo information, and ensuring freight tracking. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate and validate Carta Porte documentation and shipments 2. Keep the Shipment Report up to date 3. Handle cargo dispatch and freight tracking * Generate, validate, and submit Carta Porte information to the Transportation Provider. * Update the Shipment Report once released by the relevant department. * Generate and print the corresponding documentation for freight shipment in accordance with the provided Documentation Checklist format. * Validate the cargo report information submitted by the Supervisor against system records. * Verify evidence submitted by the Shipping Department and the loading plan to confirm that all scheduled freight has been dispatched. * Perform cargo dispatch in the system, verifying accuracy of information to enable freight receipt. * Track freight receipt at stores via email correspondence. * Prepare weekly expense log * Prepare various reports for management Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $1,600.00 - $1,700.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
