Develop and implement action plans to improve staffing coverage **Corporativo UNNE**, a transportation and logistics sector company, is seeking: ### **Recruitment and Selection Manager for Operators** ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in mass or specialized recruitment. * Results- and productivity-oriented. * Ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously. * Proficiency in job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms. * Experience coordinating work teams. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of heavy-duty drivers (full, single, etc.). * Management of municipal job boards and social media. * Monitoring and analysis of KPIs: staffing coverage, turnover, absenteeism, time-to-fill, and root cause analysis. * Development and implementation of action plans. * Feedback and mentoring for the team under supervision. * Coordination and supervision of recruitment staff. ### **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of **$35,000 to $38,000**. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Direct employment with the company. * Savings fund and savings account. * Grocery vouchers. * Cafeteria service. * Uniforms. * Life insurance. * Bonus for achievement of objectives. ### **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * One Saturday per month on duty, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ### **Work Location** * **Parque Industrial 2000, Veracruz**
