Position Summary: We are seeking a professional for customer service and residential management, with both technical and soft skills to ensure a safe and conducive environment for students. Communication skills, conflict resolution skills, and discretion Education and Experience * **Education:** Minimum high school diploma; technical studies in hospitality or administration preferred. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in customer service, hotel front desk, or luxury condominium management roles. Alternatively, experience in property maintenance and related fields. 2\. Technical Competencies (Hard Skills) * **Preventive Maintenance:** Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, air conditioning (critical in Veracruz’s climate), and electronic locksmithing, as well as painting and masonry. * **Technological Management:** Proficiency in video surveillance systems (CCTV), intelligent access control systems, and messaging applications for resident communication. 3\. Soft Skills (Soft Skills) * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to interact respectfully and clearly with university students, parents, and vendors. * **Conflict Resolution:** Mediation of common student residence issues, such as noise in study areas or coexistence in common areas. * **Discretion and Trustworthiness:** High professional ethics when managing access to private suites and ensuring resident safety. 4\. Key Responsibilities in the UVM Environment * **Access Control:** Monitor entry and exit to ensure only residents and authorized visitors gain access, maintaining the "privacy and security" standard of the premium segment. * **Amenities Management:** Supervise proper use of facilities, Wi-Fi, and potential recreational areas. * **Service Coordination:** Coordinate external services such as laundry, package reception, and reporting technical faults in suites. 5\. Values and Attitude * **Student Orientation:** Empathy with academic schedules to guarantee an environment conducive to studying. * **Integrity:** Alignment with values of honesty and loyalty, essential for an exclusive residential area in Boca del Río.
