**CLM MINING** **VACANCY: DIESEL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (SIERRA DE DURANGO MINE, DGO)** **Essential Requirements** Minimum education: Technical degree or engineering degree in Diesel Mechanics, Electromechanics, Automotive Mechanics, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in heavy-duty diesel equipment maintenance, preferably in mining. Prior experience as a supervisor or crew leader. **Solid knowledge of:** Diesel engines (Cummins, Caterpillar, Volvo, Detroit, etc.). Hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Advanced fault diagnosis. Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities. Availability for shift work and response to critical failures. **Desirable:** Experience in mining operations. Knowledge of maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF, mechanical availability). Spare parts control, work orders, and logbooks. Supervision of technical personnel. Valid driver’s license. **Competencies** Leadership and decision-making. Organization and planning.
