Opportunity to work in a team **OPEN POSITION: BAGGAGE HANDLER** **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and load passengers' baggage onto company buses. * Verify that baggage has the correct label and passenger information. * Ensure correct baggage delivery to passengers and address any incidents that arise. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (with certificate). * No prior experience required; strong interest in customer service is essential. * Basic computer skills. * Valid Tax Status Certificate (salary and wages tax regime; registered address must match your current address). **Availability to rotate shifts weekly:** * **Morning shift:** * Zihuatanejo: 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Ixtapa: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **Afternoon shift:** * Zihuatanejo: 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. * Fixed shifts and rest days are not assigned. **Work locations:** * Autovías ticket counter at Zihuatanejo Bus Terminal. * Autovías Ixtapa ticket counter. **We offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Gross monthly salary of **$9,452.20**. * 21-day year-end bonus. * 5% biweekly savings fund contribution. * 5% monthly food vouchers. * Free medical, psychological, and nutritional services.
