Administer and control the flow of materials within the warehouse, maintain accurate inventories, optimize storage space, and comply with safety regulations.** Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as: * Order picking and dispatch timeliness compliance * Inventory turnover rate * Compliance with safety standards and zero incidents * Storage space utilization **Required Competencies** * Operational leadership and teamwork * Organization, planning, and attention to detail * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement * Effective communication and service-oriented attitude toward other departments * Analytical ability to interpret inventory data and metrics **Key Responsibilities** \- Plan, coordinate, and supervise receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch activities for materials, equipment, or finished products. \- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts \- Implement and maintain physical or digital inventory control and traceability systems. \- Supervise proper identification, labeling, and placement of materials. \- Manage material receipts and issuances in the ERP system or inventory software, ensuring reconciliation with physical documents. \- Support the logistics department in order preparation, packaging, and shipment. \- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. \- Propose continuous improvements to warehousing and inventory control processes to optimize time, space, and costs. **Education and Experience Required:** * *Technical or professional degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.* * *Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or distribution.* * *Proficiency in ERP systems or inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).* * *Knowledge of industrial safety regulations, inventory control, and best storage practices (FIFO, LIFO, etc.).* * *Desirable: supervisory experience over operational staff* Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,500\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
