Warehouse productivity control and reliability **Integra Estrategias is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Irapuato, Guanajuato** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- **A leading company in its sector is looking for your talent as:** ***Warehouse Assistant (Inventory)*** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 1\-2 years of experience in a similar role, including use of inventory systems. * Inventory system proficiency, counting techniques and product identification, data analysis skills, grammage and weight knowledge, mathematical agility. **Responsibilities:** * Clarification and documentation of discrepancies; system corrections (Inventory Analyst) require approval from the Plant Manager. * Preparation of reprocessing reports (losses, damaged goods); client notification; retention issuance for client decision on destruction or reshipment; Quality department notified. * Productivity management of auditors and warehouse reliability; reporting to Operations, weekly summary. * Operational metrics, pending movements and virtual locations — ensure products do not remain under such status at end of day. * Generate retentions and remove products only upon client approval via Control Desk. * Schedule cyclic counts and customer inventories for the Inventory Auditor. * Prepare incident reports (all incidents) resulting from inventory audits for submission to the Operations Executive to inform the client. * Comply with safety and quality requirements. * Verify and dispatch damaged goods to the warehouse. **Benefits:** * Salary: $11,400 gross * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund starting from the 3rd month * Work location: Irapuato, Gto (Malvas neighborhood) **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehousing *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a074cbc3700002d0085e773\&source\=indeed*
