Minimum 3 years of experience performing this role. Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, safety systems, MAXIMO, ORACLE, IPF, KRONOS. Familiarity with key indicators: MTBF, MTTR, OEE.**Job Description:** The Maintenance Supervisor’s primary responsibilities relate to process execution. Key responsibilities include: * Leadership and Personnel Management. * Maintenance Budget Administration. * Participation in GMPs and updating cost charts. * Contribution to GMP for analysis and improvement of FTQ, OEE, and SCRAP indicators. * Development of Short- and Medium-Term Plans and Scheduled Shutdown Programs. * Conducting Availability, Reliability, and Machine Failure Analyses. * Role administration and personnel development, including KRONOS administration. * Ensuring and scheduling technical personnel training. * Assigning preventive and predictive maintenance workloads to each technician. * Supporting and responding to Production Lines. * Knowledge of machining and assembly processes. * Interpretation of diagrams (electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.). **Required Skills and Education** ❖ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ❖ Proficiency in L2L. ❖ Proficiency in KRONOS. ❖ Effective Communication. ❖ Continuous Improvement. ❖ Analysis and Decision-Making. ❖ Conflict Resolution. ❖ Teamwork. ❖ Motivational Leadership. ❖ Organization. ❖ Proactivity. ❖ Customer Focus. ❖ Service Orientation. ❖ Intermediate English. **About AAM:** As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, AAM designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles.
