Requirements: * Age 25–50 * Gender: Indifferent * 2 years of counter sales experience * Preferred knowledge of electrical auto parts * Proficiency in Excel and Word * Professional appearance * Service-oriented attitude, adherence to standards, effective communication, results-focused (achievement of objectives) Responsibilities: * Management of sales budgets. * Allocation and supervision of sales quotas among the team. * Supervision of subordinates (leadership) * Problem solving, working under pressure * Promoting teamwork. * Developing and implementing sales strategies * Managing customer portfolio. * Ensuring and verifying that subordinates provide personalized attention to each customer * Positioning our brands and parts. * Negotiations with potential customers and suppliers.
