Supervision of advanced technological infrastructure We are looking for a **Services and Projects Manager** with experience in telecommunications, technical team leadership, and project management to ensure proper execution of services and projects at our clients' facilities. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **2 to 3 years of experience in telecommunications**. * Minimum of **6 months leading work teams**. * Solid knowledge of: * Networks * CCTV * Power systems * Automation * Telecommunications * Computing equipment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, and Internet. * Valid Class A driver's license. * Ability to operate standard vehicles. * Willingness to travel. * Intermediate English (reading and writing). **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise telecommunications and technical service projects. * Manage operational staff and multidisciplinary teams. * Supervise on-site services, maintenance, and construction execution. * Administer material resources, budgets, and schedules. * Conduct technical visits and diagnostics at client facilities. * Supervise networks, CCTV, power systems, automation, and telecommunications. * Configuration of **switches, access points, DVRs, switches, and network equipment**. * Track work plans and service reports. * Evaluate staff performance and develop improvement strategies. * Coordinate recruitment and training processes with Human Resources. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Purchase of company products at supplier prices * Interest-free loans Salary: $4,000.00 \- $5,000.00 per week Benefits: * Educational support * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications, networks, CCTV, or automation? * Do you have experience managing and supervising technical projects or field services? * Are you available to travel and conduct site visits at client facilities?
