Supervise teams and coordinate support departments **Integra Estrategias is seeking an Operations Manager in Irapuato, Guanajuato** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- **We are the largest provider of temperature-controlled food logistics solutions in Latin America.** We are looking for a **Frozen Operations Manager**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Additional certifications in supply chain management or logistics preferred * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on cost, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction for refrigerated and frozen storage services. * Inventory management experience; familiarity with SAP and WMS systems; knowledge of safety regulations, LFT, ISO 9001; advanced Excel skills; conversational English. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Establish processes to ensure service quality for our clients * Operational control * Productivity * Receiving and delivery timelines * Compliance with security code * Profitability * Inventory control * Regulatory systems (Quality) * Weekly and short-term operational planning. * Determining headcount based on client requirements. * Financial and operational analysis of operations. * Productivity and operational efficiency analysis. * Supervision of Operations Coordinators and Team Leaders. * Client contact to resolve operational issues and identify improvement opportunities. * Work schedules required by clients. * Coordination with support departments to ensure necessary services for optimal operations (Maintenance, Procurement, IT Systems, Human Capital, Customer Service, Quality). * Creation and monitoring of operational KPIs. * Weekly operational reporting to Management and Executive Leadership. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary: $50,000\. * Statutory benefits. * 16 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Savings fund. * WORK LOCATION: Malvas neighborhood / Irapuato **IF THIS POSITION INTERESTS YOU, APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL.** **Desired education level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Corporate Management **Industry:** Warehousing and Storage *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69dd3abc77000035002eb646\&source\=indeed*
