Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure the safety and maintenance of public utility operations at an automotive manufacturing company, optimizing distribution and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for efficient boiler and water treatment plant operations 2. Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety in public utility services 3. Training and development of Operation and Maintenance teams **A leading automotive manufacturing company located in Derramadero, Coahuila invites you to join its team** **Profile** Ensure safety in public utility plant operations and maintenance. Ensure compliance with PCB regulations across all public utility operations. Responsible for the efficient operation of boilers, coal handling plants, water treatment plants, compressors, hot water generators, cooling towers, curing services—including vacuum systems, hydraulic systems, PRS stations, HVAC, chillers, and other auxiliary equipment. Responsible for the efficient distribution of all public utilities throughout the facility. Responsible for supplying all public utilities to end-user departments according to quality standards and specifications. Training and development of the O&M team. Implement and ensure adoption of all systems such as 5S, QCC, and WCM. Minimize operational losses. Ensure all public utility KPIs—including steam, water, and energy consumption—meet plant targets. **Requirements** English Minimum 3 years of experience Completed bachelor’s degree Strong knowledge of boiler operations and water chemistry.
