Promoting order, discipline, and safety in operations. **Vacancy: Junior Operations Coordinator** ------------------------------------------- A courier company is seeking a Junior Operations Coordinator to support supervision and execution of departmental operational activities. **Purpose of the Position:** Ensure correct daily operational execution by coordinating the operational team and tracking logistics processes, incidents, and KPI compliance, thereby guaranteeing service quality and on-time delivery. **️ Main Responsibilities:** Support in coordinating and monitoring operational staff. Monitoring of logistics operations and handling of incidents. Ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines. Supporting implementation of operational improvements. Tracking shift productivity and performance. Preparing operational reports. * ️ Identifying and reporting operational incidents. Supporting staff training and follow-up. Promoting order, discipline, and safety in operations. Tracking KPIs. **✅ Essential Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in a related field (graduated or intern). * ️ Minimum 1 year of experience in operations (preferably in courier or logistics services). Organizational skills, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset. Personal transportation available. Basic/Intermediate English (desirable). **We Offer:** Gross monthly salary of $16,000 to $18,000 (based on experience). Flexible food vouchers: 10% of base salary.
