General support to the building and facilities **Integra Estrategias is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Villagrán, Guanajuato** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Company specializing in cold chain storage.** **Maintenance Assistant** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment and infrastructure to comply with the maintenance plan and ensure optimal company operations. ***Requirements:*** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Two years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. ***Knowledge:*** * Perform and document preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Complete activity logs. * Perform general maintenance of the building and facilities. * Support colleagues and carry out various tasks as required by warehouse needs. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various company equipment: + Components and equipment of the refrigeration system (electrical, mechanical, and control). + Mobile rack systems (electrical, mechanical, and control). + Motorized high-speed doors, and equipment of the dock leveler system (sectional door, canopy, leveler, structure). + Fire suppression and smoke detection systems. + Scales and balances. + Air conditioning system, injection fans, extraction fans, and their respective filters. + Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). + Perimeter fencing. ***We Offer:*** * Salary: $12,700 gross. * Statutory benefits. * Additional benefits starting from the 4th month. * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday. * Work location: Villagrán, Guanajuato. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Maintenance and Repairs **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Storage *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69a88c6b33000038008452c6\&source\=indeed
