Allocation and supervision of sales quotas among the team. Supervision of personnel under supervision (leadership). Problem resolution and working under pressure. Promotion of teamwork. Design and implementation of sales strategies. Management of customer portfolio. Ensure and verify that supervised personnel provide personalized attention to each customer.
