Position Summary: Supervises the correct implementation of revenue collection procedures, manual/automatic payment controls, and the operation of toll collection software. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads the team in revenue collection and toll plaza capacity allocation. 2. Manages toll collections and resolves contingencies in the toll system. 3. Ensures proper operation of toll and electronic toll collection (ETC) software. 1. Supervises assigned personnel to ensure correct application of established revenue collection procedures and proper capacity allocation at the toll plaza. 2. Maintains appropriate control over manual or automatic (electronic toll collection) payments within the revenue collection system, promptly addressing any contingencies affecting or delaying the process, to preserve and maintain the highway and its facilities. 3. Supervises the proper functioning of toll and electronic toll collection (ETC) software across all toll booths. 4.
