




Job Summary: Advise customers on credit products and services, promote sales, identify customer needs, and maintain up-to-date information to ensure high-quality service and foster long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise on credit products and financial services 2. Promote cross-selling and acquire new customers 3. Stay updated and exceed customer expectations -Advise customers on the various credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit, identifying their needs to facilitate new credit placements. -Update all customer data in the system during each visit or customer contact, at least once per year. -Process credit applications with quality to avoid payment delays and prevent fraud. -Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. -Out-of-branch promotion: promoting products outside the point of sale. -Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General Baccalaureate 1 year of experience Age: between 19 and 50 years Knowledge: Sales management, Customer service Keywords: advisor, asesor, bank, caja, ahorro, savings, bancaria, afores, banco
