We are looking for a **Civil Engineer** or related professional to join our team as a **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** \- Civil Engineer or related field, preferably licensed. \- Experience in technical and financial supervision of construction projects. \- Experience in managing and administering contracts for publicly funded construction projects. \- Experience in managing on-site operational personnel. \- Knowledge of the Public-Private Partnership Law. \- Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Opening, administration, and safeguarding of the site logbook. * Recording progress, incidents, instructions, and agreements. * Ensuring conditions are met for commencement of work. * Monitoring that construction is executed in accordance with: * Approved project design. * Standards and specifications. * Good engineering practices. * Validating construction procedures. * Resolving technical queries raised by the contractor. * Monitoring the construction schedule. * Identifying deviations. * Proposing corrective actions. * Preparing the final report. * Verifying timely and proper completion. * Preparing the unified project file. * Validating delivery of: \- As-built drawings. \- Manuals. \- Warranties. Employment type: Project-based or fixed-term contract. Salary: $17,000.00 per month. Work location: On-site employment.
