Support for model changeovers (set up) **Job Description:** An automotive sector company is seeking a **Robot Adjuster**, responsible for ensuring the proper operation, adjustment, and optimization of industrial robots on production lines, guaranteeing product quality and operational continuity. **Responsibilities:** * Basic robot adjustment and programming * Troubleshooting automated processes * First-piece release and production startup * Monitoring of process parameters * Support for model changeovers (set up) * Coordination with maintenance and production teams * Compliance with quality and safety standards **Requirements:** * Technical degree or incomplete/complete engineering degree (mechatronics, automation, or related field) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in industrial robot adjustment * Knowledge of robots (ABB, Fanuc, Kuka, or similar) * Basic blueprint reading and use of measuring instruments * Availability to work rotating shifts **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Free cafeteria service * Transportation in Irapuato and Salamanca * Professional development opportunities **Position Type:** Full-time Position Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
