Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans and reports for properties, developing their skills. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of the property maintenance plan 2. Handling of finishes, masonry, plumbing, and electricity 3. Development of maintenance skills and experience Shopping Center Vía Alta is looking for a maintenance technician. *Main Responsibilities: - Execution of the property maintenance plan - Execution of assigned corrective and preventive maintenance reports and tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor *Required Knowledge: -Finishes (flooring, lock replacements, patching, suspended ceilings, etc.), -Masonry -Drywall -Blacksmithing -General and/or sanitary plumbing -Electricity (electrical panels, low and medium voltage).
