Leadership of personnel to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness **BÁSICOS, a leading consumer goods marketing company with over 40 years in the market, present across much of the national territory and handling more than 4,500 different products, requires:** **Position: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (WAREHOUSE LOCATIONS)** Workplace: Cortazar, Guanajuato **Job Profile and Responsibilities:** Education: Bachelor’s degree / Engineering JOB OBJECTIVE: Execute and validate inventory administration processes, manage storage systems, and guarantee product availability in correct quantities and at the right time, based on organizational growth requirements, by leading assigned personnel—thereby enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery to internal and external customers and ensuring smooth supply chain flow. Guarantee inventory control and proper location administration through: * Correct picking assignment based on rotation (line balancing). * Coordinating physical transfers between codes applied in DKGPO. * Optimizing storage capacity of locations. (Storage density report) * Tracking the location of virtual pallets reported by the system. * Resolving various incidents involving excess, missing, or misplaced merchandise to ensure established fill-rate levels. Analyze and ensure items possess necessary attributes for proper administration within the warehouse.
